Family - When someone fights for sth, would be fighting for a goal or for loved ones. Then onli will the efforts be worthwhile and there will be someone to share with.

Accountability - Give no excuses for oneself. Everything that happens, the responsiblity is always on oneself. Reflect on oneself everyday and when hitting or not hitting one's goal, (1) HOw do i fare? (2) What can I change to be closer to become successful . It is essential to stop to think about why i am slow or fast to hitting my goal

Change - Be the change in the family or group. Point to note: Focus on people good points . SUccessful ppl been thru difficult paths and times too ... just that successful ppl hang on until results come ..

Teachability - No need gossip. We can learn from ppl from all walks of life...from a cleaner ... Irene ANg gave an example that : I am not especially pretty or especially talented.. but I love asking and learning from ppl more successful than me. Point to note: Have to rest and recharge oneself though we must put in utmost efforts in learning
